Peer Support Groups

Shropshire Mental Health Support’s peer-support groups are volunteer-led sessions that foster connection, conversation, and wellbeing through shared social interaction and light activities.

These sessions are not crisis or clinical support services. Our peer-support groups are informal, welcoming environments where peers can meet, engage respectfully, and enjoy mutual company.
